The role involves researching, resolving, and communicating complex insurance issues to customers and management through email and phone in a call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Research, resolve, and communicate complex insurance issues to customers and management via email and phone in a call center
Skills
- Candidate must be able to work until 7pm EST
- - Minimum of 2 years of commercial property hazard and liability insurance experience
- Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
