Summary
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve public services. They are seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer to manage the entire lifecycle of engineering systems, collaborating with teams to ensure systems meet performance and reliability standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze system requirements and assists with design and development activities
- Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations
- Assist with developing system architecture and system design documentation
- Assist with system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
- Interact with the customer regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
- Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
Skills
- Relevant experience in engineering systems over their lifecycle (for example: conception, design & development, testing, production, distribution/deployment, operation, maintenance & support, decommissioning)
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
