Project Manager - Land Surveying & Mapping

Summary

AEI Consultants is an employee-owned consulting firm providing land surveying, environmental, property, and construction risk management services. The Project Manager in the Survey division manages the full life cycle of projects, coordinates with clients and internal teams, and ensures project deliverables. The role also involves gathering project information, communicating with sales staff and consultants, and delivering timely, proactive client service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with site contacts
• Gathers title work from the client
• Communicates with sales staff
• Gathers status of projects from consultants and internal project teams
• Deliver outstanding client service with timely responses and proactive solutions

Skills

• Previous experience (approximately 3+ years) working in a survey related position
• Advanced writing, scheduling, organization, time management, and presentation skills
• Eagerness and willingness to learn and perform new tasks
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills and experience
