Summary
AICines.ai is an AI-first content creation and monetization platform that unifies video generation, editing, hosting, and revenue tools for AI-generated media. The Software Quality Assurance Engineer will design and execute test plans, perform manual testing, and collaborate with development teams to ensure the platform's quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans and test cases to validate the quality, performance, and reliability of the AICines.ai platform
- Performing manual testing across web and backend services
- Identifying and documenting defects
- Collaborating closely with software developers and product teams to clarify requirements
- Verifying fixes
- Contributing to quality standards
- Maintaining test documentation
- Supporting release cycles
- Helping improve QA processes and tools to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience for creators and partners
Skills
- Strong foundation in Software Quality, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance practices
- Hands-on experience with Manual Testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Understanding of Software Development concepts and life cycle, and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools, test management systems, and basic scripting or automation concepts is beneficial
- Experience testing media, streaming, or AI-based applications is a plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and independently in a remote setup
