QA Specialist (Software & AI Testing)

Summary

AiGenics is seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to join their team in Indiana. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of software systems and AI-driven applications, collaborating with developers and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for software and AI systems
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing across web and mobile applications
• Test AI/LLM features such as chatbots, content generation, and recommendation systems for accuracy and bias
• Document test results, defects, and recommendations with clear, professional English writing
• Collaborate with developers and AI engineers to resolve issues and improve product quality
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and data privacy requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in software QA
• Exposure to AI/LLM testing (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face models, LangChain pipelines)
• Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JUnit, PyTest)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent English writing skills for documentation, bug reports, and communication
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
