Job description

Summary

aiRecruitTalent is hiring for a client in the digital health and healthcare technology sector. The Strategy & Operations Manager will support US business strategy, market launches, healthcare-system implementations, financial analysis, product and clinical operations, and executive decision-making. The role will drive cross-functional initiatives and build scalable operating foundations for business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the US business strategy
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and KPIs
  • Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation
  • Monitor business performance and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Support commercial launch and market expansion activities across the United States
  • Coordinate launch plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies
  • Identify execution risks and ensure timely resolution
  • Develop operating processes required to support scalable growth
  • Support implementation programmes with health systems and strategic partners
  • Coordinate stakeholders across clinical, commercial, product, and operational functions
  • Track implementation milestones and outcomes
  • Develop scalable processes for future partner deployments
  • Build financial models, forecasts, business cases, and scenario analyses
  • Analyze operational and commercial data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Develop dashboards and performance reporting for senior leadership
  • Support investment, pricing, resource allocation, and growth decisions
  • Work closely with Product, Clinical, Commercial, and Technology teams
  • Support product operations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help translate customer and clinical requirements into operational priorities
  • Support the development of scalable operating frameworks
  • Prepare strategic presentations, analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Support executive decision-making through rigorous analysis
  • Manage high-priority strategic projects with significant autonomy
  • Act as a trusted execution partner to the US leadership team
