Summary
Aiwyn is a platform for accounting firms covering payments, practice management, client experience, and tax. The Product & Customer Marketing Manager will own product launches, messaging, enablement, and customer marketing across four products, translating customer and product insights into compelling stories and sales proof. The role partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive win rate, product adoption, and message consistency.
Responsibilities

- Building a message map for a new feature and testing it with the sales team
- Running an enablement session on a launch, then updating the pitch deck and one-pagers
- Refreshing competitive battlecards after a deal review
- Managing our customer reference program so sales always has the right firm to call
- Drafting a launch press release or an award submission
- Ghostwriting a LinkedIn post or byline for one of our executives
- Bringing what you hear from customers back to Product so it shows up on the roadmap

Skills

- Customer marketing is part of who you are. You know how to find a great story, earn a customer's trust to tell it, and turn it into proof sales uses every week
- Strong writing is essential. You'll write message maps, launch briefs, enablement content, press releases, and executive posts, and each one needs its own voice
