Project Controls Specialist

Summary

Aldridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Controls Specialist to join its team. The role focuses on developing and managing Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contracts, coordinating financial accuracy across project teams, validating revisions, and supporting project execution and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Align the GMP with preliminary & baseline schedule to confirm labor and equipment forecasts
• Facilitate coordination between estimating, project management, field operations, and engineering to ensure financial accuracy
• Validate revisions to ensure changes are incorporated into the GMP
• Maintain a formal GMP Risk Register
• Work closely with Project Management Team to:

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related industry
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Extremely detail oriented
• A clear and concise communicator able to work seamlessly with clients, operations, and executive teams
• Preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Construction experience preferred, but not required
