Summary
Allegion is a safety and security company specializing in products and solutions around the doorway and beyond. The Business Process Improvement Intern will support business operations, data analysis, structured problem solving, and customer-facing process improvement projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Utilize MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) data to drive improvements
- Drive structured problem solving for sustainable improvements for our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer experience, technical support, order management and sales
- Collect, analyze, and manipulate data from business systems using Microsoft Excel\Power BI
- Lead cross functional projects in Interaction Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, and People/Engagement
- Assist with Business Operations Excellence Roadmap and rollout of MDI, LSW (Leader Standard Work), and integration of technology into our processes
