Professional Services Consultant - Network Security, Firewalls - LATAM (Remote)

Summary

The Professional Services Consultant will deliver technical services for network security policy orchestration projects, including product deployment, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and customer engagement across LATAM.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the deployment, configuration, and integration of the Client's products in customer environments
• Support project activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including documentation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during deployment and integration activities
• Participate in remote engagements with customers across the LATAM region
• Continuously develop your skills in networking, security, and automation technologies

Skills

• Good understanding of complex networks, protocols and internet technologies: Advanced TCP/IP, Dynamic Routing protocols, Routers & Switches (Cisco and other vendors), MPLS, NAT etc. Hands-on experience is a must
• Knowledge & Experience in Linux (System Administrator level) – a must
• Knowledge & Hands-on Experience in Network Security Products & Technologies (i.e. Firewalls) – a must
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities & experience
• Customer-facing skills, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication and the ability to generate strong and lasting relationships with our customers
• Self-learning capabilities. Willingness, discipline and self motivation to work productively and efficiently from your home office
• Knowledge & Experience with scripting (Bash, Python) – an advantage
• Certification with Cisco and/or Check Point Security Products and/or PAN Firewalls and/or Cloud Security Products – an advantage
