Responsibilities

You will collaborate with a team to implement system functionalities, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the performance and scalability of the applications. Your expertise in software development, programming languages, and system architecture will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions

• Doctorate degree
• Master's degree and 2 years of**Software Engineering** experience
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of**Software Engineering** experience
• Associate's degree and 8 years of **Software Engineering**experience
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of**Software Engineering**experience
• * Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, or improving Software and reporting configurations, processes, or lifecycle management programs
• * Experience supporting technology transfers, new product introductions, site start-ups, platform standarization, automated implementation, or process improvements
• * Demonstrated ability to own technical deliverables, deliver consistent high-quality work, identify and address risks within scope, and escalate issues appropriately with recommended solutions
• * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, communicate technical progress and issues clearly, and contribute constructively to team discussions and alignment
• * Demonstrated ability to identify incremental improvement opportunities in processes, designs, tools, documentation, or ways of working
• * Strong project management, communication, collaboration, technical writing, and technical problem-solving skills
