Job description

Summary

AnewHealth is a pharmacy care management company specializing in complex, chronic patient needs and healthcare support services. The Financial Analyst will develop financial models, reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyses; maintain accurate financial data; and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models to evaluate existing and future business
  • Participate in month-end financial close and reporting
  • Help develop annual budget and recurring forecast updates
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Analyze, track, and report on large data sets
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data
  • Aid cost analysis processes by established policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts
  • Present financial models and findings to senior leaders/executive management
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive environment and make comparative analyses, recommended changes in methods and materials
  • Protects ExactCare operations by maintaining confidentiality of financial information
  • Partners cross-functionally across Centers of Excellence to meet financial goals
  • Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite in general
  • Presenting to senior leaders or executive management teams
  • Knowledge of finance, financial methods, tools, and strategies
  • Ability to read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from numerical material
  • Knowledge of, and ability to use and develop, unique processes, tools, and techniques for exploring alternative financial scenarios and results
  • Knowledge of the functions, automated tools, and processes needed to oversee financial assets and liabilities across the organization
  • Ability to prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations by utilizing financial processes and tools
  • Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the Finance Center of Excellence
  • Hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking
  • May be necessary to work extended hours as needed
  • This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis
  • This is a remote position
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in this country
  • Preferred: Healthcare industry knowledge/experience

Qualifications

Must Haves
