The Remote Client Onboarding Specialist guides clients through enrollment and personalized benefit options, conducts virtual consultations, maintains digital records, and builds long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
• Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service

Skills

• Authorized to work in the United States
• A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet
• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company
• Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
