Summary
Arcadia is an early-stage, venture-backed startup building software that helps businesses manage client relationships and streamline operations. They are seeking a Software Engineer to own key product features and have a significant impact on the platform's evolution.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a best-in-class software platform
- Own features end-to-end, from planning through production deployment
- Support teammates through code reviews and technical feedback
- Contribute to engineering culture, mentorship, and development processes
- Work closely with customers to identify problems and develop impactful solutions
Skills
- 1-3+ years of software development experience
- Fluency in TypeScript and experience building applications with Next.js and React
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with designers, product leaders, and engineers
- High ownership mentality with the ability to move quickly and ship product
- Authorization to work in the United States
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Strong product and design instincts
- Previous experience in a startup environment
- Leadership experience and/or mentoring junior engineers
