Construction Management Intern - Regional

Summary

ArchKey Solutions is a specialty trade installation and integrated facility service company focused on electrical technologies and specialty systems. The Construction Management Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting electrical construction projects through project coordination, safety, estimating, scheduling, customer communication, and financial performance activities.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination
• Assist with estimating, bid proposals, purchasing, payments, and change orders
• Work with project managers, superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, general contractors, and customers
• Gain hands-on exposure to project safety practices and OSHA requirements
• Help monitor project progress, budget, quality, and schedule
• Assist with engineering and other project-related activities as needed

Skills

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the electrical construction industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
• Prior construction experience is a plus
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Accubid, or other construction technology is a plus

Qualifications

Must Haves
