Job description
Summary
ASP Web Solutions is hiring a Payroll Analyst to support federal payroll operations. The role focuses on processing payroll cases in SPPS Web, supporting USDA National Finance Center work, and handling tasks such as discrepancy identification, quality control, and reprocessing.
Responsibilities
- Federal payroll or Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS) Web case processing
- Experience with Payroll processing at USDA National Finance Center
- Experience with case documentation, discrepancy identification, quality control, and reprocessing tasks
Skills
- US Citizen with Clearance Eligibility
- Federal payroll or Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS) Web case processing
- Experience with Payroll processing at USDA National Finance Center
- Knowledgeable with back pay, FEHB/FEGLI, OWCP, RCC, TSP, salary adjustments
- Relevant federal payroll and SPPS Web experience
- Experience with workload levels matching NFC's environment
- Experience with case documentation, discrepancy identification, quality control, and reprocessing tasks
- 2 years of related experience in Accounting and/or Finance
- Experience supporting USDA, DHS or other federal shared services environments preferred
- Knowledge of NFC Special Payroll Processing System preferred
- Bachelors or Associates degree (preferred in Finance)
