Summary
Atlassian is a global software company focused on enabling team collaboration and productivity. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Rovo Chat, an AI-driven conversational interface designed to enhance team knowledge discovery and action across digital workplaces. The role involves driving product adoption, working with cross-functional teams, and championing responsible AI practices.

- Identify and prioritize opportunities to grow Chat adoption and engagement (MAU), balancing user value with measurable business outcomes
- Conversational AI Experiences
- Drive the development of intelligent chat experiences that connect users to knowledge across first-party (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and third-party (Google Drive, Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, etc.) sources
- Advance multi-turn conversation quality, context awareness, memory, and proactive assistance
- Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, GTM, and enterprise teams to deliver features from ideation through launch and iteration
- Operate with program-level rigor: run shiprooms, manage action items, and hold teams accountable to deadlines and quality bars
- Quality, Trust, and Measurement
- Define and monitor success metrics for Chat quality (accuracy, groundedness, user satisfaction) and adoption
- Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring safe, transparent, and inclusive conversational experiences
