Financial Analyst Intern

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the finance team and BFC leadership in financial planning and analysis activities

• Assist in building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance dashboards

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions

• Assist in evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives, projects, and investments

• Support cash flow monitoring, expense analysis, and cost-saving initiatives

• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for managers and executive leadership

• Ensure financial analyses and processes are well-documented and organized

• Assist with various finance and cross-functional projects as needed

Required Skills & Characteristics

• Driven, versatile, and highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Solid understanding of business and financial principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
