Job description
Performance/Job Requirements: Strong organization, time management and communication skills; Ability to work independently, as well as strong interpersonal skills; Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software; Responsible for meeting time lines for production; Occasional travel may be required for training or other business related issues.
Job Functions:
- Review loan policy manual.
- Review 5 C’s of credit.
- Attend OLC meetings.
- Spread business and personal financial statements and tax returns.
- Review loan structuring, matching loan types to repayment sources.
- Review and analyze personal credit bureau information.
- Prepare debt service coverage ratio and DTI.
- Prepare collateral analysis for CRE and C&I loans.
- Prepare accounts receivable, payable and inventory concentration, and analysis charts for loan presentations.
- Prepare OLC minutes.
- Perform industry analysis for loan presentations.
- Conference calls and customer site visits with loan officers.
- Prepare annual renewal of a loan request for loan officer signature.
- Prepare annual renewal of a loan request for OLC approval.
- Scanning loan documents in Synergy.
Education/Experience Required: Working towards a bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
