Summary
Baxter International Inc. is a healthcare company focused on improving healthcare delivery and sustaining lives. The Project Manager will lead customer implementations of Connected Care nurse call and digital health solutions from kickoff through go-live and transition to support, managing timelines, budgets, documentation, revenue forecasting, customer communication, and cross-functional resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations from sales handoff through installation, testing, go-live, and transition to ongoing support
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, documentation, and progress reporting across multiple concurrent projects
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, coordinating activities with customer IT teams, nursing stakeholders, and Baxter project teams
- Manage approximately 10 customer projects simultaneously, with project values ranging from approximately $50K to $10M depending on scope and complexity
- Coordinate cross-functional resources including Project Leads, Clinical Specialists, Engineers, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Forecast project revenue, maintain accurate project reporting, and support achievement of assigned annual revenue targets through timely project execution and documentation
- Identify project risks, delays, and roadblocks related to construction, IT readiness, installation activities, or customer dependencies, and drive resolution plans
- Support implementations of Baxter Connected Care solutions, including nurse call systems and digital health technologies, while ensuring a successful customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- 4+ years of project management experience leading complex projects from initiation through completion
- Experience managing external customer projects with responsibility for timelines, deliverables, project documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project planning, project scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and revenue forecasting
- Experience working with cross-functional teams that may include technical, operational, clinical, or engineering resources
- Proficiency utilizing project management tools and systems to track milestones, budgets, project status, and customer deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in related field
