Summary
Benchmark IT Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer focused on Experimentation and Conversion Optimization. The role involves building systems to track user behavior and conducting large-scale experiments to enhance landing page conversion rates for high-traffic environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics (clicks, scroll, session replay)
- Build and maintain experimentation pipelines (A/B tests, variant routing)
- Integrate tools like PostHog or GrowthBook
- Create dashboards and data pipelines for experiment results
- Work with marketing teams to deploy landing page variants quickly
