Content & Growth Intern

Summary

Benchmark Sports is redefining how golf is played and learned through real-time simulation, AI coaching, and mobile-first product experiences. The Content & Growth Intern will create engaging social media content and support various production activities to help grow the company's online presence.

Responsibilities

• Create daily content: ideate, film, edit, and post short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Support shoots: prep gear, manage props, and capture behind‑the‑scenes footage
• Grow new accounts: launch and run fan pages that repurpose and remix our best content

Skills

• Proven experience making social media content—show us your work
• Basic editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut
• Solid understanding of TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends
• Familiarity with golf culture or eagerness to learn fast
• Experience running multiple social accounts
