Finance associate, US

Summary

Bending Spoons acquires and improves digital businesses for long-term ownership and operation, integrating AI into its work. The Finance Associate will support financial strategy, planning, reporting, cash management, business economics, and the development of scalable finance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Influence our financial strategy. Partner closely with the leadership team to shape long-term planning, capital allocation, investment decisions, and other major strategic choices with significant implications
• Drive financial planning and performance management. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking to help the business achieve its goals
• Improve reporting and financial processes. Contribute to accurate financial reporting, strengthen controls, support compliance requirements, and help prepare for audits
• Support cash and capital management. Assist with treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and relationships with banking partners
• Improve business economics. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and evaluate investments and resource allocation
• Build scalable finance capabilities. Help develop finance tools, processes, and reporting systems that enable a growing and increasingly complex organization
