Summary
Penguin Random House is a leading adult and children's publishing house committed to quality, excellence, and innovation throughout the publishing process. The Legal Intern will support the Legal Department through legal research, book reviews, contract drafting, and assistance with legal matters related to publishing, including copyright, defamation, privacy, trademark, and commercial law.
Responsibilities
- They will conduct legal research, review books for legal concerns, draft contracts, and assist PRH’s legal team in tackling the variety of challenges associated with being the world’s largest publisher of English language books
Skills
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited law school and in the first year of the program (1L)
