Job description

Summary

BridgePhase is a mission-focused technology company delivering secure digital solutions for national security, government efficiency, and mission success across the Federal Government. The Technical Business Analyst will support a Federal customer by gathering requirements, supporting testing and validation, executing Operations and Maintenance work, troubleshooting issues, and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
  • Support testing and validation activities
  • Execute ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work
  • Troubleshoot issues and help identify effective solutions
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders and internal team members
  • Take ownership of assigned work and proactively drive tasks through completion

Skills

  • * Previous experience supporting large scale enterprise software and/or IT modernization requirements is required
  • * Experience working directly with customers and gathering requirements
  • * Experience supporting testing and O&M activities
  • * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • * Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • * Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
