Summary
ByteDance is a global technology company known for its innovative products like TikTok and CapCut. They are seeking a Security Software Engineer Project Intern to engage in impactful short-term projects within the Network Security team, focusing on developing algorithms for cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Security interns will research and implement intelligent security protection algorithms based on machine learning, deep learning, including:
- L7 DDoS/WAF Traffic modeling, anomaly detection and attack identification
- LLM-assisted L7DDoS/WAF rule generation
Skills
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other STEM disciplines
- Solid foundation in machine learning/deep learning, with an understanding of the principles and applicable scenarios of common models
- Familiar with at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch)
- Interested in or with practical experience in the field of Cyber Security or network traffic analysis
- Experience with NLP/LLM
- Knowledge of distributed systems, edge computing, or high-performance network programming
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other STEM disciplines
