Summary
Catalyst Mobility is a mission-driven industry organization focused on transportation decarbonization and clean air for all. The Development Operations Coordinator supports public and private revenue teams by maintaining the Development CRM, coordinating proposal development, managing calendars and meetings, and conducting research to inform funding strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the development and submission of grant proposals and business development materials
- Track proposal requirements, deadlines, and deliverables across public funding sources
- Maintain organized records of proposal content, attachments, and submission history
- Complete and track necessary forms
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
- Conduct background research on potential funders, partners, and industry trends
- Compile data and insights to support proposal narratives and strategic planning
- Monitor relevant funding announcements and opportunities and coordinate with internal staff to notify initiatives/activities about opportunities
- Liaise with programs, finance, and communications teams to gather necessary materials for proposals
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members or interns
- Maintain the CRM: ensure content is updated, pull reports, create dashboards, assist with tracking KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a fundraising or business development environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM or proposal management platforms
- Familiarity with grant writing processes and public/private funding landscapes
- Experience using platforms like Responsive.io or similar tools
- CRM experience, especially Salesforce and NeonOne are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
