Summary
Cambridge Management, Inc. is a property management company focused on delivering high-quality housing solutions and fostering community connection. The Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing efforts, manage advertising and community websites, support multifamily housing lease-ups, and coordinate marketing vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising to drive traffic and engagement
- Oversee apartment and community management websites, ensuring accuracy and SEO best practices
- Support new construction lease-up marketing efforts
- Coordinate third-party vendor services, including:
- 3D floorplans and sitemaps
- Professional apartment photography
- Manage and grow social media channels for multiple properties
- Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials for both print and digital use
- Assist with the design and delivery of newsletters and promotional flyers
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles and techniques
- Experience with web-based marketing and digital communication strategies
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other design tools is a plus
