Job description
Summary
Campaign Creators is a leading Elite HubSpot Agency focused on delivering next-gen strategies for clients. The AI & Automation Specialist will build and operationalize intelligent systems to improve efficiency and execution, leveraging AI tools and HubSpot automation to create scalable solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents (CMS architecture, AEO, internal & external tools, automation)
- Build and refine custom GPTs and prompt frameworks
- Improve outputs, consistency, and usability over time
- Leverage HubSpot AI tools (Breeze, workflows, automation layers)
- Extend HubSpot functionality through integrations and external tools
- With direction, build AI workflows that improve lifecycle execution to drive leads and sales for the agency
- Build automations using tools like Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI API, n8n, Relevance AI, Gamma/Genspark, and other emerging AI platforms
- Create scalable automation systems that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and increase operational efficiency
- Support and build integrations between HubSpot and other platforms
- Work with APIs to move and structure data effectively
- Contribute to internal tools and integration libraries
- Develop structured prompts and frameworks for repeatable outputs
- Improve how AI tools are used across the organization
- Ensure outputs meet quality, brand, and strategic standards
- Propose and implement smarter ways of working
- Continuously refine processes using AI and automation
- Build and deploy AI-driven workflows and automations
- Create and refine GPTs, prompts, and AI tools
- Prototype ideas and bring them to life ("vibe coding")
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively solve them
- Work closely with leadership to execute on new initiatives
- Stay current on AI tools, trends, and capabilities
- Document and standardize what you build for scalability
