Job description

Summary

Campspot provides reservation management software and an online marketplace for campgrounds, RV parks, and travelers. The Implementation Manager supports onboarding new customers onto the software platform, including setup, major system changes, technical support, project management, and training while managing deadlines and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • The role involves elements of project management, technical support as well as training
  • In addition to supporting the initial setup of new customers, Implementation Managers will also support major setup changes and overhauls
  • Implementation Managers must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and driven to keep deadlines and help hold others accountable

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or related role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention and obsession for detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Effectively and efficiently solve problems ranging in difficulty
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing priorities
  • Availability to include some weekday evening hours
  • Availability to include some travel as needed
  • 1-3 years software sales, account management, onboarding, training, and/or technical support experience
  • Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Experience working with Professional Services Automation Software (PSA)
