Job description

Summary

Capgemini Engineering provides engineering, digital, and software technology services to help organizations develop innovative solutions. The Junior Project Manager will lead Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, managing delivery, governance, risks, budgets, and stakeholder coordination across business, engineering, IT, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, ensuring quality execution and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Coordinate business, engineering, IT, and third-party vendor teams to drive seamless collaboration and ensure successful program execution
  • Facilitate project governance activities, including executive reporting, stakeholder communications, steering committee meetings, and status reviews
  • Oversee testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementations
  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks, and drive timely resolution through effective stakeholder engagement and management
  • Build strong relationships across technical and business teams while fostering alignment, accountability, and a results-oriented delivery culture

Skills

  • 3 - 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology, transformation, or engineering-related programs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strong expertise in project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and overall delivery governance
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both technical teams and senior business leaders
  • Demonstrated success working with external vendors, implementation partners, and geographically distributed teams
  • Experience supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), CAD integrations, or related engineering systems is highly desirable
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred and considered a strong asset

Qualifications

Must Haves
