Product Manager, Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics

Summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager, Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics to provide business intelligence support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers. The role develops tools, performance metrics, analytics, reporting, and decision-support solutions while maintaining data quality and supporting analyst development.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and operations performance metrics and analytics that provide critical information, insights, and decision support to leadership
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data
• Assist in the guidance and technical skills development of less experienced analysts
• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Works on complex projects of large scope
• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
• Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
• Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 2-5 years of experience, preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience using data query, visualization, dashboard design tools, or data workflow tools (ex. SSMS/SSRS, Tableau, Business Objects, Alteryx, etc.) preferred
• Understanding of relational databases, MS-SQL knowledge and experience, preferred
• Experience using AI tools to improve business processes/efficiencies is a plus
• Pharmacy, PBM, medical, or other healthcare related experiences are a plus
• Experience building applications with low code/no code systems (ex. QuickBase, OutSystems, etc.) is a plus
