Summary
CareerSwift is a technology company developing AI-powered tools and career solutions to simplify the job search process. The Product Designer (UX/UI) will design user experiences across the platform, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces while collaborating with Product, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences and interfaces across the CareerSwift platform
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions
- Conduct basic user research and use feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines
- Review implemented designs and collaborate with developers to ensure design quality
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product goals, and performance insights
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web or digital product design
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and responsive design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance user needs with business requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and other teams
- Experience designing SaaS, AI, technology, or consumer digital products
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Experience conducting usability testing or analyzing user feedback
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how digital products are built
