The Project Management Intern will support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing initiatives, gaining hands-on experience with project workflows while providing operational support.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination — Support scheduling, meeting preparation, agenda creation, and follow‑up tracking to keep project activities aligned
- Documentation Support — Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Task & Workflow Tracking — Update project management tools with progress, deadlines, and dependencies
- Data & Reporting — Gather project metrics, prepare dashboards, and help identify risks or delays
- Process Improvement — Suggest enhancements to workflows, documentation, or team processes
- Research & Analysis — Conduct research on tools, best practices, or project‑related topics to support decision‑making
Skills
- Must be currently pursuing Bachelor's degree Project Management, Business Administration or any Engineering field
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Organizational Skills — Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail
- Communication Skills — Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to summarize information concisely
- Technical Proficiency — Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and interest in learning project management software
- Analytical Thinking — Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem‑solving
