AI Native Engineer

Summary

Cayuse Holdings is looking for an AI Native Engineer who will be responsible for implementing features and integrations using Claude Code. The role involves building and maintaining harness components and working through architectural problems under senior review.

• Builds and maintains harness components (retrieval, tool invocation, evaluation, observability) under review, and contributes improvements back to the shared base harness
• Works through architecture- and systems-level problems under senior review as the path to progression

• AI-enabled and hands-on with Claude Code (or comparable agentic tooling)
• Timezone overlap of at least 5 hours with PST working hours (8am–6pm PST)
• Hands-on AWS delivery is required for the engineering roles
