Summary

The Video/Motion Designer creates engaging video and motion design assets, develops reusable motion systems, edits video content, and collaborates with creative partners to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned materials across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging video and motion design assets for brand, marketing, and internal communications
- Design and animate motion graphics for digital, social, web, presentations, and internal channels
- Develop and maintain templated motion and video systems to enable fast, consistent reuse across teams
- Edit video content, including pacing, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and program managers
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality and timelines
- Maintain well-organized files and adhere to established workflows and processes
- Stay current on motion design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling motion and video experiences
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
