Job description

Summary

Certified Centerless Grinding is a precision manufacturing company known for its high-quality grinding services and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team, where you will support internal finance processes including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking and reconciliation
  • Maintain and organize financial records in QuickBooks
  • Generate and issue customer invoices
  • Help develop and refine internal accounting policies and procedures
  • Support financial forecasting and budgeting efforts
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership on cost analysis and reporting
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and management team

Skills

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus

Qualifications

Must Haves
