Financial Analysis Advisor, Retail Network - Evernorth Health Services - Remote

Summary

Cigna Healthcare, through Evernorth Health Services, provides pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health outcomes. The Financial Analysis Advisor will manage pricing activities and contractual commitments for retail network clients, analyze financial and performance data, develop models and reports, and collaborate with internal teams and external clients on financial and operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Completes pricing related activities for “Full Contracted Retail Value” transparent clients which include development of custom network pricing
• Develops and maintains all price points on the client pricing files
• Participates in coordination with Network Ops to ensure production price points reflect desired rates
• Monitors and tracks client and provider performances
• Builds monthly client accrual and reconciliation reporting for select clients
• Completes financial assessment of re-contracted retail network rates
• Designs and implements tools and financial models to support decision makers with forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Develops reporting for discussions around annual plan, monthly operating report, and mid-year projections. Meets collaboratively with clients to discuss any financial or operational issues or opportunities
• Participates in client interaction to build relationship, direct strategy, and triage issues

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain
• Experience in financial modeling and financial planning and analysis
• Experience in PBM retail network pricing including client and/or provider guarantee management
• Experience in SQL and managing/analyzing large data sets
• Experience working cross functionally in a collaborative environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including macros
• Comfort working in dynamic and deadline driven environments

Qualifications

Must Haves
