Summary
Cigna Healthcare’s Evernorth Health Services develops pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality. The Financial Lead Analyst will manage pricing-related contractual commitments, analyze client and provider performance, develop financial models and reports, and collaborate with internal teams and external clients on risks, opportunities, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Completes pricing related activities for “Full Contracted Retail Value” transparent clients which include development of custom network pricing
- Participates in coordination with Network Ops to ensure production price points reflect desired rates
- Monitors and tracks client and provider performances
- Completes financial assessment of re-contracted retail network rates
- Works with tools and financial models to support decision makers with forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Assists in building reporting for discussions around annual plan, monthly operating report, and mid-year projections. Meets collaboratively with clients to discuss any financial or operational issues or opportunities
- Participates in client interaction to build relationship, direct strategy, and triage issues
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain
- Experience in financial modeling and financial planning and analysis
- Experience in PBM retail network pricing including client and/or provider guarantee management
- Experience in SQL and managing/analyzing large data sets
- Experience working cross functionally in a collaborative environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including macros
- Comfort working in dynamic and deadline driven environments
