Law Department Internship Program

The City of Hialeah Law Department is accepting applications for its Fall 2026 Internship Program. The program is open to students currently enrolled in Law School. 

How to Apply

Interested candidates must submit: 

1. Intern/Volunteer Application
2. Adult Liability Form (must be notarized)
3. Copy of driver’s license
4. Social Security card
5. Writing sample
6. Law school transcripts

Applications and required documents may be submitted by email or in person. Please note that the Liability Waiver and Release Form must be notarized before it is submitted.
