Implementation Consultant Level I

Summary

Clearwave Corporation is a healthcare technology company that provides a patient-engagement platform for specialty practices. The Implementation Consultant Level I manages and executes software implementations and add-on installations, configuring solutions to client needs, coordinating project delivery, leading client communications, and supporting successful rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of implementations for existing and new clients, serving as Project Manager and subject matter expert of products​, workflows, and configuration
• Understand client needs and configure solutions aligned to their goals
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables including holding other project team members accountable​
• Lead client meetings, provide status updates, and provide executive-level communications as needed​
• Support Senior Implementation Consultants and IC IIs on complex or cross functional initiatives​
• Project management and risk mitigation​​
• Travel to client sites as needed for go live support
