Data Analyst

Summary

CodeVertex Careers is seeking a Data Analyst to support reporting, data validation, dashboard preparation, and business decision-making. This fully remote position involves working with business data, operational reports, and internal performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from approved business sources
• Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and performance dashboards
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues for review
• Support teams with spreadsheet analysis, reporting updates, and KPI tracking
• Document analysis methods and maintain accurate reporting records
• Communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders and managers
• Maintain confidentiality while handling business and client data
• Assist with process improvements related to data accuracy and reporting workflows

Skills

• High school diploma required
• Strong spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to organize data, spot trends, and explain findings clearly
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor degree in business, analytics, finance, or a related field
• Experience with dashboards, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
