Job description
Summary
CompuGroup Medical is on a mission to revolutionize digital healthcare solutions. They are seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy of their software products, conduct market research, and manage the product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of CGM’s software products: CGM MEDISOFT and CGM LYTEC. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and objectives
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Track progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features
- Develop and conduct training sessions for sales and support teams to ensure they understand product features and can effectively communicate value to customers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles in healthcare technology
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Proven ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Sharepoint)
- Specialized knowledge of healthcare technology and practice management workflows
Qualifications
Must Haves
