Preferred applicants will possess the following additional skills:
  • Clear analytical and professional writing.
  • Policy, and operational research.
  • Microsoft Excel and familiarity with visualization tools.
  • Creating step by step work flows and charting business processes.
  • Ability to evaluate information objectively, identify patterns, and explain findings to nontechnical audiences.
  • Sound judgment concerning confidential court and driver information.

DIVISION: Office of the Chief Court Administrator; Superior Court

CLASS DEFINITION: Under the direction of an employee of higher grade, receives on-the-job training in introductory court administration for a technical or professional position within the Judicial Department.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Receives on-the-job training to qualify for advancement into a technical or professional level position within a division; performs a variety of increasingly responsible tasks in one or more administrative units; performs related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: A Bachelor's or a Master's degree.* *Note: Incumbents with a Master's degree may be hired at step 2 of the pay group.

APPOINTMENT: Appointment to positions in this class shall be for a period not to exceed twenty-four months.
