National Project Manager

Summary

Connectivity Point is seeking a full-time National Project Manager for a remote position. The role oversees projects from proposal and planning through completion and closeout, serving as the primary contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from proposal and planning through completion and closeout
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractor resources
• Prepare proposals, quotes, project updates, and other required documentation
• Participate in customer and construction status meetings
• Track project progress and proactively address issues or changing needs
• Assemble final closeout documentation, including test results, photos, and as-built plans
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, sales, finance, and other internal teams
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive, accurate, and professional communication
• Help identify customer needs and develop effective solutions
• Attend required training and take on additional responsibilities as needed

• Experience reading project plans and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems (Sage 100 Contractor SQL preferred); ability to quickly learn additional platforms such as Visio, AutoCAD, MS Project, and SharePoint
• Experience in proposal development and CRM database management, specifically HubSpot
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight travel as project needs require
• Valid driver's license
• 3–5 years of project management or construction industry experience preferred
• Commercial, industrial, or construction project experience preferred
• Basic knowledge and hands-on skill in low voltage installation is preferred but not required
