Summary
CRB provides sustainable engineering, architecture, construction, and consulting solutions to the life sciences and food and beverage industries. The Industrial Engineer will support the Consulting Services team by executing project tasks, performing simulations and mathematical modeling, analyzing data, applying Lean and Six Sigma methods, and supporting supply chain, scheduling, and production planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Simulation and mathematical modeling including discrete event simulations, process simulations, continuous simulations and spreadsheet modeling
- Data analytics and modeling

Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience required
- Coding experience or familiarity with a formal programming language is required
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
- Ability to think analytically and outside the box
- Excellent communication, and computer skills are required
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required for client development and project execution (mostly domestic travel)
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or industrial process projects is preferred
- Experience with Excel-based macros and simulation tools (experience or familiarity with Discrete Event and Process Simulation required software)
- Green Belt certification is preferred
- Experienced data modeler with knowledge of SAS, SPSS or similar tools is preferred
