REQUIREMENTS:  ALL Applicants must be:

• 18 years of Age
• Able to Pass a Drug Test
• Legally Eligible to Work in the US
• Additional Requirements for Craftworkers:
  • Must have own transportation to and from jobsite every work day (driver's license not required)
  • Must provide own hand tools (excluding power tools)
  • May be expected to travel where the project requires (multi-state opportunities)

Primary function of an IT Implementation Specialist:  Implement various IT initiatives across the Company improving efficiency and productivity.

Duties:

• Assist in the initial rollout of Procore Project Management Software across all operating Companies.
• Obtain Certification in all Procore Tools used by the Company
• Perform System Administration duties
• Conduct training sessions for end users
• Develop various templates as necessary to increase efficiency
• Customize and roll out field applicable tools
• Serve as a liaison with the division offices to maximize efficient and consistent usage of the system
• Assist in rollout of other IT initiatives

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) throughout the Company with people representing a variety of backgrounds and skill levels
• Ability to organize, process, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks, even when many critical tasks may arrive in a short time span
• Ability to document and communicate project completion and project status data to various departments
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and Power Point) with proven ability in construction-related software packages
• Occasional overnight travel required
• Four year college degree required in business, IT or engineering
• Construction-related project management experience a plus
