Job description
Summary
Contemporary Staffing Solutions provides contract, temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions across several professional domains. The AI Platform Specification Analyst will translate business goals into detailed functional and technical requirements, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and document integrations, workflows, and quality expectations. The role will also maintain traceability, evaluate completed solutions, and recommend improvements supporting software and AI-enabled development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver detailed functional and technical documentation that transforms business goals into actionable requirements for development teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders across product, technical, and operational functions to define priorities, clarify dependencies, and support work planning efforts
- Create and maintain documentation related to integrations, data exchanges, service interactions, system workflows, business rules, and quality expectations
- Facilitate traceability between business objectives, solution requirements, testing activities, implementation deliverables, and operational results
- Analyze completed solutions to ensure alignment with intended outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to support quality and consistency
Skills
- Proven experience in business analysis, systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation within technology focused environments
- Strong understanding of application integrations, interface definitions, data structures, process modeling, and technical requirement development
- Experience producing user stories, workflow documentation, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and implementation support materials
- Knowledge of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, software quality concepts, and AI enabled development methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage business leaders, technical teams, subject matter experts, and operational stakeholders
- Experience within financial services or lending environments is preferred
Qualifications
