Job description
Summary
Curve Dental provides dental practice management software and customer support solutions. The Product Specialist serves as a product expert by demonstrating Curve Dental software, developing educational materials, analyzing market trends, identifying product opportunities, and collaborating with development teams on enhancements and customer requests.
Responsibilities
- Be an expert in Curve Dental software, services, and partners
- Provide product demonstrations & position our technology against other solutions in our market
- Identify product opportunities; write up solutions, prioritize, and interface with Development team to represent what the market is looking for in our products
- Assist in the creation of educational materials such as user guides, process flow charts, training materials, etc
- Responsible for staying on top of and analyzing market trends
- Collaborate with Development, in a team setting, on product enhancements/customer requests
Skills
- * Great skills at leading discussions and interacting with people
- * Analytic and problem-solving skills
- * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- * Proficiency with products interacting in a web-based cloud, environment, preferably in the dental space
- * Good working knowledge of healthcare claims/encounter data
- * Solid presentation skills
- * Be a highly motivated self-starter with ability to do back-to-back presentations
- * 3- 5 years' experience in cloud-centric dental software
- * Experience in US healthcare operations
- This position may travel up to 2 times per month
- * Proficiency in MSSQL a plus
