UST is a mission-driven company that transforms lives through technology. They are seeking an experienced Windows Administrator to manage and support their enterprise Windows infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of Windows-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Manage and support Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and LDAP
- Perform user account management, access control, and security administration
- Administer Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 (preferred)
- Monitor server health, system performance, and storage utilization
- Configure and manage file servers, print servers, and distributed file systems (DFS)
- Perform Windows patch management using WSUS, SCCM, or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, server, network, and application issues
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam, Commvault, or similar tools
- Support certificate management, IIS web servers, and PowerShell automation
- Ensure compliance with security policies and harden Windows servers
- Maintain documentation for server configurations, SOPs, and operational procedures
- Participate in on-call support and resolve production incidents within SLA
